Fried Chicken Drumsticks
Seasoned, grilled or fried chicken drumsticks are a favourite for entertaining in Ghana especially for sit down dinners and family get-togethers. They can be served as stand-alone with slices of buttered bread and salad or as part of a meal. Either way is delicious! Try this: Season the chicken drumsticks with salt and garlic and dried Rosemary herbs and cover and leave in the fridge overnight. Grill or fry and serve hot or cold!
